We’re looking for a hands-on E-commerce Specialist who knows their way around Shopify and thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day storefront operations across multiple brands—making sure everything runs smoothly from product uploads to checkout. You’ll work closely with an external web development agency to roll out updates, build and optimize pages, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Schedule

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT) - Flexible during these hours
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Shopify-based e-commerce storefronts across multiple brand clusters
• Coordinate with the external web development agency to ensure timely delivery and quality of website builds and updates
• Set up and optimize product listings, landing pages, and monobrand or cluster pages for each brand
• Monitor site performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and conversion rates
• Ensure all e-commerce operations run smoothly, from product uploads to checkout functionality

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience managing Shopify stores and e-commerce operations
• Ability to liaise effectively with third-party development teams and agencies
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
• Fluent in English with strong written communication skills
• Comfortable working autonomously in a startup-like environment with evolving priorities

Scope:

• Manage storefronts for clusters of approximately five brands each
• Support the build-out of the larger Code Beauty e-commerce platform over time
• Report directly to the founder on website performance and operational updates
