Our client is seeking a creative, design-forward Social Media Marketing Specialist to support the growth of a wellbeing-focused business through consistent content creation, social media management, and brand aesthetic alignment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual content and helping founders maintain a strong, cohesive online presence. The successful candidate will focus primarily on content execution and social media support, while maintaining a basic understanding of digital marketing, customer journeys, and online funnels.
You will work closely with the business owner to transform evolving ideas into structured, high-quality content that strengthens brand visibility and audience engagement.

Through a combination of coaching, digital content, and structured programs, they help clients improve their overall wellbeing and create sustainable results. The business is now focused on scaling its online presence and increasing client acquisition through strategic marketing and optimized funnels.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, Flexible during business hours Bangalow, NSW (20 work hours per week)
Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Focus)
- Create and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and aesthetic
- Design engaging posts, reels, and short-form video content
- Edit videos and repurpose long-form content into social media assets
- Maintain visual brand consistency across platforms
- Organize and execute content calendars
- Support storytelling and messaging through creative content execution
Marketing Support (Secondary Focus)
- Assist with basic marketing initiatives and campaign execution
- Support content for launches, programs, and promotions
- Maintain basic understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels
- Observe and follow marketing references or direction provided by the client
- Provide organized support as marketing ideas evolve
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management
- Strong visual design sense and understanding of brand aesthetics
- Experience creating and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and bring structure to evolving ideas
- Highly organized, proactive, and calm working style
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, paid ads, and sales funnels
