Operations Analyst (Digital Marketing)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across multiple business functions. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports and dashboards that track performance and predictive trends.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL capabilities, experience working with data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. Familiarity with no-code platforms such as Retool (or similar tools) is highly advantageous.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Time 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to monitor operational and predictive performance metrics
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis to support various departments and inform strategic decision-making
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Build dynamic dashboards using no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Retool or similar platforms)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and resolve data-related challenges
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvements through data analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analytics and business intelligence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems
  • Experience with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Retool or similar platforms)
  • Solid understanding of data visualization and predictive analytics concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
  • Exposure to ETL processes and data pipeline concepts
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, or finance
