Schedule: Full Time - 40h per week - M-F 8am-5pm Eastern
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to HVAC companies to reach key decision-makers.
- Navigate complex gatekeeper environments to connect with owners and directors.
- Deliver compelling pitches regarding our product's value to service-based businesses.
- Secure and book qualified second appointments for the sales team to finalize deals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all calls and outreach activities in our system.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to maximize appointment conversion rates.
- Work closely with leadership to optimize pitch delivery and outreach strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in B2B telemarketing or appointment setting.
- Proven ability to get past gatekeepers and engage executive-level contacts.
- Exceptional verbal communication and a professional, confident phone presence.
- High resilience and the ability to maintain motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large lead lists independently.
- Bonus if you have experience calling into the HVAC or home services sectors.
- It helps if you are comfortable working towards daily performance-based targets.
