Digital Marketing and Growth Executive
Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to support the growth of our company by improving how we convert interest into meaningful opportunities. This role focuses on ensuring that our digital platforms, systems, and communications work effectively to capture, nurture, and convert leads. You will play a key role in strengthening the pathway from initial engagement through to enquiry and opportunity. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys improving systems, working with data, and making small changes that lead to measurable impact.
Schedule:
- 3 days a week 9:00am -6:00pm UK Time
Responsibilities
- Update key pages to ensure content is accurate, clear, and aligned with current company priorities.
- Review page structures and calls-to-action to remove friction points and make it easier for users to take action.
- Execute event invitations, follow-up communications, and nurture sequences to maintain consistent engagement.
- Maintain organized lead data and ensure all interactions are accurately captured and updated within the CRM.
- Monitor the movement of leads through the funnel to ensure no opportunities are lost due to process gaps.
- Support marketing initiatives by creating landing pages, uploading resources, and ensuring cross-platform consistency.
- Optimize website and blog content using basic SEO practices to improve discoverability and align with user search intent.
- Track and report on key metrics such as website enquiries, email performance, and lead sources.
- Analyze performance trends to provide recommendations for improving conversion rates and system efficiency.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and service offerings to better understand user behaviour and context.
Requirements
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles.
- Experience working with websites (e.g., WordPress or similar platforms).
- Experience managing email campaigns and/or CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret basic performance data.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, and analytics platforms.
Desirable:
- Experience working in education, healthcare, or purpose-driven sectors.
- Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Brevo, or similar CRM/email platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Experience improving user journeys or conversion rates.
