Overview:

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with strong Excel and financial administration skills to support sales reporting, inventory tracking, and bookkeeping. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in data-driven environments and can manage multiple operational workflows with precision.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Time Zone: Las Vegas, Nevada

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze sales and inventory reports
• Calculate and track profit margins (standard vs. wholesale vs. retail pricing)
• Build and manage Excel reports (advanced formulas, linked worksheets, dashboards)
• Perform Cin7 ERP data entry and generate system reports
• Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support payroll data entry and validation
• Conduct vendor research and price comparisons

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Excel (advanced formulas, data linking, reporting)
• Solid understanding of cost structures and margin calculations
• Experience with Cin7 or similar ERP/accounting systems
• Background in bookkeeping and reconciliations
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Experience in product-based or inventory-driven businesses
• Familiarity with tools like Xero or QuickBooks
