Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Admin Specialist to support internal sales and operations teams. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate data management, and timely coordination across multiple stakeholders.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Brisbane, QLD (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and generate accurate sales proposals based on provided data and requirements
  • Support and participate in internal sales briefings, ensuring proper documentation and follow-through
  • Maintain, update, and monitor tickets within the company’s core business system
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support multiple team members across departments
  • Create, manage, and optimize internal forms for operational use
  • Review, update, and maintain spreadsheets to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Communicate effectively via email and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
  • Handle occasional internal calls using a softphone system
  • Assist in improving administrative workflows and documentation processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience in administrative support, sales administration, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in email platforms and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • Intermediate to advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Ability to work independently while supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable navigating business systems, CRMs, or ticketing platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable remote work setup

Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in a sales operations environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or workflow management platforms
  • Background in process improvement or administrative optimization
  • Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
