Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated administration professional with expertise in report management and customer relations to support their national operations. Reporting directly to the Client Services Manager, you will be the final gatekeeper for professional standards, ensuring that technical leak detection reports are polished, accurate, and delivered promptly.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Victoria, AUTime, with a 30-minute unpaid break (37.5 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Format and edit leak detection reports completed by field technicians to ensure they meet professional and corporate standards.
- Use the job management system (Loop) for all administrative workflows (comprehensive software training provided).
- Generate and process invoices for completed works directly through the Loop system.
- Coordinate the dispatch of both invoices and finalized technical reports to clients via established system channels.
- Support internal operations and the Client Services Manager to maintain seamless national service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven Administration Experience: Demonstrated history in a similar administrative or operational support role.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for editing, formatting, and identifying discrepancies in technical reports.
- Customer Orientation: Outstanding customer service skills with a commitment to maintaining professional client relationships.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective verbal and written communication with suppliers and corporate clients.
- Organizational Mastery: Exceptional time management skills and a highly adaptable approach to changing priorities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a service-based or field-technician-led industry is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in managing digital documentation and job management software.
- Ability to work independently while supporting national-level internal operations.
