Our client is seeking a high-energy Real Estate Lead generator & Cold Caller focused on identifying motivated sellers and exploring creative financing opportunities. This role is far more than a standard lead generation position; you will be the frontline researcher and negotiator, diving into platforms like Zillow and Craigslist to find residential property owners.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week) 

  Note: Scalable support starting at 20 hours with potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source potential leads from classified sites such as Zillow and Craigslist.
• Conduct consistent cold calls to prospective sellers to gauge interest, motivation, and property details.
• Specifically inquire about lease options and creative financing possibilities with prospects to determine investment fit.
• Complete detailed property information sheets with high accuracy based on seller interviews.
• Filter for highly motivated sellers and confirm readiness for a serious sales discussion.
• Seamlessly pass qualified leads to the business calendar by setting confirmed appointments for the closing team.
• Maintain daily logs on lead volume, outreach attempts, and appointment conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate lead generation, prospecting, and residential investment criteria.
• Specific knowledge or hands-on experience with lease options and creative financing models.
• Exceptional cold calling skills with a professional yet persuasive phone presence.
• Proficiency in gathering, organizing, and documenting lead data accurately.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet outreach targets in a remote setting.
