Schedule:
- Sunday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Israel timezone (GMT+2); with an unpaid hour break. (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high responsiveness to client inquiries and creator communications to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage TikTok shop operations across multiple agency client accounts in a fast-paced daily workflow.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers for collaboration opportunities.
- Handle affiliate management and coordinate partnership strategies with speed and precision.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with creators and brand partners.
- Execute operational tasks that support daily agency functions and client needs.
- Optimize TikTok shop performance and track key metrics across client portfolios.
- Coordinate content creation activities and partnership campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Exceptional responsiveness and the ability to manage communications across multiple channels effectively.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong experience with TikTok platform and TikTok shop functionality.
- Digital marketing background and strategic understanding.
- Experience in affiliate management or creator partnerships.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
