Job Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented customer support representative to join their remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after they have made a purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will be responsible for resolving issues, managing inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure every order reaches its destination successfully.

Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to high-volume post-sales inquiries using Shopify and HubSpot.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns regarding orders, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve order issues, shipping delays, or product discrepancies efficiently.
- Accurately track and document all customer interactions to maintain an organized support history.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams via Slack to streamline support operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order tracking.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle complex shipping or order issues.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Shopify and HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with Slack for internal team communication.
- Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers or logistics partners is a plus.
