Job Overview

Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented customer support representative to join their remote team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers after they have made a purchase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. You will be responsible for resolving issues, managing inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure every order reaches its destination successfully.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to high-volume post-sales inquiries using Shopify and HubSpot.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns regarding orders, maintaining a high level of satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve order issues, shipping delays, or product discrepancies efficiently.
• Accurately track and document all customer interactions to maintain an organized support history.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams via Slack to streamline support operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer support, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle complex shipping or order issues.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Shopify and HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Slack for internal team communication.
• Experience coordinating with third-party suppliers or logistics partners is a plus.
