Digital Campaign Manager (Meta Ads & Email Automation)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Digital Campaign Manager to manage and optimize Meta Platforms, Inc. ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement, leads, and conversions. The successful candidate will also build and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and create engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s voice.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta Platforms, Inc. ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content aligned with the brand’s voice and marketing goals.
  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flows.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, open rates, and conversion rates, then provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies for paid social and email campaigns.
  • Respond to community inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-performing creatives and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to recommend new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta Platforms, Inc. Ads Manager campaigns and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using Klaviyo for email marketing, automation, and audience segmentation.
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics, analytics, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for both social media and email campaigns.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Inc. Creative Suite is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • An analytical mindset with experience using reporting tools like Google Analytics or platform insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a remote team environment.
