Recruiter
Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter, where you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and onboarding top-tier caregiver talent. This is a high-impact opportunity for a proactive communicator to manage full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, AI-leveraged environment.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Central with a 30-minute paid break. Open to additional hours on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and various job platforms
- Conduct initial phone screenings for caregiver applicants
- Schedule interviews between candidates and the care manager
- Manage the collection of required onboarding documents and forms
- Monitor compliance checks using internal AI-leveraged systems
- Handle outreach to passive candidates to maintain recruitment pipelines
- Liaise with the head recruiter to streamline the hiring process
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment or staffing
- Excellent verbal communication skills for effective engagement with US clients
- Highly conversational English proficiency
- Ability to work during Central Time zone hours
- Strong organizational skills for managing candidate documents
- Experience with virtual hiring tools and job boards
- Proven track record to meet hiring targets in fast-paced environments
