Schedule: Monday - Friday, anytime between 8:00m -5:00pm EST

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and automate social media posts across multiple client accounts to ensure consistent content delivery
  • Oversee video editing workflows by reviewing daily deliverables and providing timely feedback to the video editor
  • Compile and update monthly KPI reports by inputting analytics data into existing templates in Canva
  • Conduct weekly client check-ins to address questions, gather content ideas, and maintain strong client relationships
  • Support business development outreach efforts targeting local brick-and-mortar businesses with tailored, non-salesy messaging
  • Help centralize client communications into a streamlined system to reduce missed messages and improve response times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management and content coordination for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience engagement and brand consistency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional yet personable tone
  • High level of attention to detail when handling analytics, reporting, and client-facing communications
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
