A UK-based service business is looking to leverage its existing database of 600 contacts to drive repeat business. The company uses WIX for its entire digital infrastructure and needs an expert to unlock its marketing automation potential.

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to manage client communication workflows and social media presence. Your goal is to transform an underutilised database into a consistent source of revenue through automated WIX campaigns, professional social media management, and timely lead engagement.

Schedule:

Part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible within UK Business Hours

Responsibilities:

Build and manage automated email marketing campaigns and SMS sequences within WIX
Design and maintain client pipelines within WIX CRM to capture and nurture leads
Create and schedule consistent social media content to increase brand visibility
Monitor and respond to direct messages and enquiries across social media platforms
Develop newsletters and promotional communications that drive client retention
Optimise automated workflows and marketing campaigns based on engagement metrics
Support the business owner by managing all client-facing digital communications
Align all marketing content and messaging with core business goals

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience with WIX, including CRM, email marketing, and automation
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices (segmentation, sequencing)
Experience creating visual and written content for social media
(APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
Bonus if you have experience managing databases of 500+ contacts
It helps if you are familiar with UK-based service business trends
