Role Overview:
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing and developing digital marketing activity across the website, email, social media, database systems, and visual content creation. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, organisation, and the ability to execute and improve marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.
About the Client:
A growing company focused on delivering high-quality solutions to its clients is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support and execute digital marketing activities, helping to strengthen brand presence across multiple channels.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (UK Time, 40 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the company’s WordPress website, including content changes, page updates, and basic optimisation
- Create and send regular email campaigns (e-shots) to clients, including drafting content, formatting, and managing distribution lists
- Use email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Sendinblue (Brevo), or similar platforms to design, schedule, and manage campaigns
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to promote the brand, services, and updates
- Connect with and grow social media audience, increasing followers and engagement across platforms
- Work to increase the company’s visibility and performance on Google, improving views and online discoverability through basic SEO practices
- Revise, maintain, and actively run the company’s marketing plan, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and continuously improved
- Design and deliver a monthly news update for clients, distributed via social media and email campaigns
- Manage updates, maintenance, and amendments on the company database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Create graphic design content, including room shots, marketing visuals, and promotional assets for use across digital platforms
- Ensure all digital content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging
- Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, including email, website, social media, database, and content engagement
- Support wider marketing initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience using WordPress (or similar CMS platforms)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Sendinblue (Brevo)
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating room shots and marketing visuals
- Experience managing or updating CRM/database systems with strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business growth
- Good knowledge of basic SEO principles and improving online visibility
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and campaign planning
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Previous experience in a similar marketing role
- Ability to produce high-quality visual content for property, interiors, or product-based marketing
