Administrative Operations Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented  Administrative Assistant professional to assist with a variety of ongoing and one-off tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed to support the team.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

  • Note: Flexible during client business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST)

Responsibilities

  • Provide support during open enrollment periods, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
  • Assist in creating and organizing marketing materials and internal communications for employees
  • Clean up and maintain spreadsheets to improve accuracy and usability
  • Handle a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks based on current business needs
  • Help keep processes organized and running smoothly across different areas of the business

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or operations support experience is a plus
  • Professional written communication skills (for internal/marketing content)
  • Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable working on a wide range of tasks with shifting priorities
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
