Job Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant professional to assist with a variety of ongoing and one-off tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable jumping in wherever needed to support the team.

Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Note: Flexible during client business hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST)
Responsibilities
- Provide support during open enrollment periods, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time
- Assist in creating and organizing marketing materials and internal communications for employees
- Clean up and maintain spreadsheets to improve accuracy and usability
- Handle a variety of ad hoc administrative tasks based on current business needs
- Help keep processes organized and running smoothly across different areas of the business
Requirements
- Previous administrative or operations support experience is a plus
- Professional written communication skills (for internal/marketing content)
- Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working on a wide range of tasks with shifting priorities
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal direction
