Commercial Real Estate Appointment Setter
Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join their scaling commercial real estate acquisitions operation. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the front-end of the sales pipeline by engaging commercial property owners, nurturing leads, and securing qualified appointments for the acquisitions team. This position offers direct collaboration with the leadership team and a performance-based bonus structure.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to commercial real estate sellers to generate qualified leads and book appointments.
- Manage and nurture leads through multiple channels including phone, SMS, and email.
- Track and advance prospects through the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the acquisitions team and confirm meeting details.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, statuses, and outcomes.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including leads generated and appointments booked.
- Collaborate directly with the acquisitions team to align on lead quality and pipeline goals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting, preferably in real estate or a related sales environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage in professional, higher-level conversations with commercial property owners.
- Familiarity with multi-channel outreach strategies (phone, SMS, email).
- Close level of attention to detail when managing lead data and follow-up schedules.
