Outbound Appointment Setter (HubSpot)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Outbound Appointment Setter whose initial mission is to breathe life back into a dormant database of 500–600 contacts. You will act as the frontline "warm-up" expert, using outbound phone calls to reconnect with lapsed prospects, spark new interest in products, and bridge the gap between a cold lead and a qualified sales opportunity. Your success is measured by your ability to build rapid rapport and strategically book high-quality appointments for sales closers. This role requires a confident, self-motivated communicator who excels at navigating "no's" to find the "yes," ensuring every interaction is meticulously tracked in HubSpot to facilitate a seamless handoff to the closing team.

Schedule 

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible 4 hours a day [US Timezone] (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Re-engage dormant leads from an existing database of 500–600 contacts through outbound phone calls.
  • Warm up prospects and generate interest in the company's products and services.
  • Book qualified appointments with the sales closer for conversion calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of call activity, outcomes, and follow-ups within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the closing team to ensure smooth lead handoffs and consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or telemarketing roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to re-engage cold or lapsed leads and build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot for tracking outreach and managing contacts.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a clear, fluent, and confident speaking style.
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently toward targets.
