Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Shopify Store Coordinator to manage and optimize their online presence. This role focuses on enhancing product findability through search app optimization, SEO auditing, and meticulous attribute management. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless and professional online shopping experience for art gallery customers by maintaining high standards for content accuracy and brand consistency.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 20 work hours per week (Flexible Scheduling)

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Shopify search and discovery app to improve product findability and customer navigation.
• Set up and maintain accurate product attributes, including sizes, orientation, and relevant filters across all listings.
• Audit and correct SEO metadata across all products to ensure unique and accurate information.
• Create, update, and refine website filters for efficient customer browsing.
• Ensure all product content is accurate, consistent in brand voice, and uniformly formatted.
• Monitor and recommend Shopify apps that enhance store performance and user experience.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Shopify store.
• Collaborate with the client to identify and implement Shopify app improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Shopify stores, including product management and store optimization.
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles, metadata management, and product tagging.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct inconsistencies across large product catalogues.
• Professional written communication skills with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
