Job Overview

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and organized E-commerce Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator to manage their supply chain operations from the US to Peru. This role is central to the business’s daily flow, ensuring that sales orders are processed immediately, products are sourced efficiently from US-based vendors, and international logistics are handled with precision. This is a part-time role (20 hours/week) focused on high-accuracy data entry and logistics management, with the potential to scale as the business grows.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Control and manage all incoming invoices to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Purchase products from US-based websites according to order requirements.
  • Coordinate and ensure international shipping logistics from the US to Peru.
  • Process daily sales orders efficiently upon starting the shift to maintain fulfillment timelines.

Requirements

  • Experience with e-commerce purchasing and logistics coordination.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge to manage invoicing and financial records.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict daily processing deadlines.
