Job Overview

Our client is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Wix Web Manager to manage the online presence of three separate business brands. This role is designed to streamline business growth by replacing manual processes with automated systems and professional digital assets.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM AWST, Port Kennedy, Australia, (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Design and produce branded visual content and templates using Canva for use across multiple social media pages.
• Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Build, update, and maintain WIX websites to support course delivery, client engagement, and business growth.
• Create and implement sales funnels and automated workflows for program launches and client onboarding.
• Support paid advertising efforts including Facebook ads setup and management.
• Provide general administrative and digital support to ensure seamless business operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Proficiency in Canva for creating professional-quality branded graphics and templates.
• Hands-on experience building and managing WIX websites, including plugins and integrations.
• Familiarity with sales funnel creation and basic marketing automation.
• Strong visual design sense with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative.
