Job Overview 
Drive social media growth for a sustainability-focused brand by creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and building pre-launch traction to grow an email list via Shopify. Shape the brand voice and connect with the target audience, with potential support in light paid ads.

Schedule:
9am to 5pm - Sydney Time

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging social media content that aligns with the brand's sustainable mission
  • Drive traffic to the Shopify store to build an email database prior to product launch
  • Manage social media channels and engage with the community
  • Potential for limited paid ad management to boost awareness
  • Great if they have some AI experience
  • Able to convey the brand and reach the required target market

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in social media marketing
  • Experience with content creation and branding
  • Ability to work in or have significant overlap with Australian Eastern Daylight Time (9 AM - 5 PM Sydney Time - Monday to Friday)

Scope:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week) with the ability to scale to full-time
