Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 20hrs per week, 9am - 1pm | Pacific Time
Responsibilities:
- Edit short-form video content (45 seconds to 1.5 minutes) with a strong focus on attention-grabbing hooks for restaurant clients
- Create visually compelling storytelling carousel graphics for a personal brand page using provided information
- Maintain brand consistency across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content
- Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms as needed
- Deliver approximately 30 pieces of content per month, balancing quality and turnaround time
- Experiment with different editing styles to improve audience engagement and view counts
Requirements:
- Proven experience in short-form video editing for social media (reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
- Strong graphic design skills for creating carousel-style social media content
- Familiarity with Monday.com and cloud-based collaboration tools
- High level of attention to detail and a strong eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple content deliverables with minimal supervision
- Understanding of social media trends, hooks, and engagement strategies
Scope:
- Support both a marketing agency (restaurant clients) and a personal brand page
