YOUR ROLE: Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping and payroll for 7 different entities.
- Process payroll using Gusto and Quickbooks accurately.
- File sales taxes and business personal property taxes on time.
- Handle internal email communications regarding pay changes.
- Maintain meticulously organized financial records for each entity.
- Coordinate complex accounting procedures across the group.
- Ensure all tax filing deadlines are met without oversight.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and payroll management.
- Expert proficiency with Gusto and QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of filing sales and property taxes.
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and entities simultaneously.
- Extremely meticulous with high attention to detail.
- Availability to dedicate 40 hours per week exclusively.
- Excellent written communication skills for team updates.
