Administrative and Operations Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls effectively
- Manage data entry and system data cleanup
- Coordinate and book service jobs for the team
- Maintain and update business calendars
- Manage email communications and inquiries
- Provide general operations and administrative support
- Ensure service coordination flows smoothly
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Proven experience in administrative or operations roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
- Proficiency in data entry and scheduling tools
- Ability to work 8 AM - 5 PM EST shift
- Professional phone manner for customer interaction
Scope:
- Full-time support (40 hours per week)
- Support for residential and commercial service lines
- Direct reporting to Devin and Brooke
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST working hours, one hour unpaid break
- Long-term team integration
- Scale existing HVAC and electrical operations
- Focus on data accuracy and scheduling efficiency
