We value creators who understand the psychology of social platforms and can anticipate what content will drive meaningful engagement.  

Work Schedule: Flexible within client's business hours | Australian Eastern Time

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts per week across Instagram and TikTok
• Develop and design high-quality graphics that align with brand aesthetics
• Produce short-form video content optimized for platform algorithms
• Write compelling, authentic captions with strong brand voice and storytelling
• Research and stay current with social media trends, skincare industry insights, and audience preferences
• Collaborate with the team on content strategy, themes, and campaign ideas
• Monitor post performance and provide insights on content that resonates

Requirements

• Strong Professional Writing Background: Experience in journalism, creative writing, copywriting, or related fields
• Visual Design Skills: Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Video Production Capabilities: Ability to create, edit, and produce short-form video content
• Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the skincare, beauty, or cosmetics industry
• Proven portfolio of social media work with high engagement rates
• Knowledge of skincare ingredients, product benefits, and consumer trends
• Experience managing multiple social platforms simultaneously
• Background in content marketing or brand storytelling
