Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer to support the development and integration of web applications within a fast-paced, founder-led environment. This role is ideal for someone who is execution-focused, comfortable working within defined technical frameworks, and able to deliver clean, efficient solutions. 

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours a week), with one hour of unpaid break
• Must overlap at least 2 hours/day, 5 days/week with 9 AM – 6 PM Los Angeles time
  

   

Responsabilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build and integrate APIs, webhooks, and third-party services
• Deploy and manage applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement features aligned with business needs
• Follow established architecture and technical direction to ensure consistency and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Ask clear, focused questions to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation

Technical Requirements

• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Backend: Node.js
• Integrations: REST APIs, Webhooks

Cloud (Google Cloud Platform)

• Required: Cloud Run, API Gateway
• Strong Plus: Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Firestore, Secret Manager

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HubSpot CRM APIs
• HubSpot CMS development

Nice-to-Have

• Git
• Python

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience (flexible for strong candidates)
• Prior experience working in small teams or founder-led environments is a plus
