Overview

Join a dedicated team as a key financial contributor managing full-cycle bookkeeping and complex reconciliations. This role provides a stable, long-term opportunity to apply your QuickBooks expertise and financial accuracy while working entirely remotely.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM to 6.30 PM UK time with one hour unpaid lunch

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive financial records and day-to-day transactions in QuickBooks according to accounting standards.
• Perform full-cycle account reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, and intercompany entries.
• Reconcile Shopify and Amazon sales orders against payouts and deposits to ensure data accuracy.
• Execute Accounts Payable (AP) duties, including matching payments to supplier bills and processing timely payments.
• Execute Accounts Receivable (AR) duties, including invoicing clients, matching customer payouts, and resolving discrepancies.
• Manage expense claims and credit card receipts by gathering documentation and posting corresponding journal entries.
• Process customer refunds and ensure all financial data complies with internal policies.
• Support month-end and period-end closing activities to ensure financial data completeness.

Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting principles
• Strong skills in AP/AR management, invoicing, and payment matching
• Experience with bank, credit card, Shopify, and Amazon reconciliations
• Ability to create and post journal entries accurately
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial data
• Ability to organize receipts, process refunds, and manage expense claims
• Experience supporting month-end close and intercompany reconciliations
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
