Join a growing UK lettings firm as the vital first point of contact, connecting prospective tenants with quality homes across platforms like Rightmove and Zoopla. You will handle warm leads and property maintenance coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both future and current residents in a structured, results-focused environment.

Schedule: Full Time - 40h per week - Mon-Fri [9am - 6pm BST]

Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads who have inquired about specific properties through major UK property platforms
• Conduct qualifying calls to assess tenant suitability using predetermined criteria (income, budget, occupancy, timeline)
• Schedule property viewings for the lettings team to conduct
• Support lettings negotiators with lead management and appointment coordination
• Take maintenance reports from tenants regarding property issues (boilers, repairs, general maintenance)
• Coordinate with appointed contractors to organize property visits and repair work
• Maintain accurate records of all tenant interactions and maintenance requests
• Follow up on scheduled appointments and maintenance visits to ensure completion

Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or property-related roles
• Strong phone communication skills with a professional telephone manner
• Experience with lead qualification and appointment setting processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively between sales and management duties
• Bonus if you have familiarity with UK property management processes
• It helps if you’re comfortable working with property platforms and CRM systems
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup for remote work
