Our client is looking for a dynamic HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join their growing marketing agency. Working alongside an existing team member, you will deliver high-quality implementations for a diverse and expanding client base. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a scaling operation where your technical expertise will directly contribute to the agency’s expansion in the HubSpot services space. Unlike project-based work, this is a structured, ongoing engagement that provides stability and the chance to build long-term client relationships.

Client Overview

A rapidly expanding Australian marketing agency that has recently added HubSpot implementations to its service portfolio. They’re experiencing significant growth in this area and are scaling their team to meet increasing client demand. The agency values technical expertise and exceptional communication, creating a collaborative environment where specialists can make a direct impact on client success.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST [Brisbane], with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Implementation Execution: Execute comprehensive HubSpot implementations for the agency’s diverse client portfolio.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the existing HubSpot specialist to ensure consistent service delivery across all accounts.
• Scaling Support: Support the agency’s expanding HubSpot service offerings as they scale their internal operations.
• Client Engagement: Work directly with clients to understand their business requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
• Technical Standards: Maintain high standards of technical execution while strictly meeting project timelines.
• Process Development: Contribute to the development of implementation best practices and standardized processes.
• Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations to clients following the initial setup.
• Knowledge Sharing: Participate in team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives to stay ahead of platform updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience.
• Excellent English communication skills (critical for client-facing responsibilities).
• Strong technical proficiency across the HubSpot platform and its various hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, etc.).
• Experience working independently in remote environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Previous marketing agency or similar client-facing experience is a strong bonus.
• Experience with CRM migrations and complex data management is highly preferred.
