Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA)

Overview

Join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in expanding our property inventory. This position offers a dedicated focus on seller-side outreach, providing a high-impact opportunity for a resilient sales professional to drive growth through strategic lead generation.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 2pm to 6pm 

Responsibilities

  • Cold calling expired listings and for sale by owners (FSBOs) to generate leads.
  • Booking qualified seller appointments for the team of three full-time agents.
  • Handling and overcoming common real estate seller objections with confidence.
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the company CRM (GoldTrail or KVCORE).
  • Providing daily performance reports on call volume, connections, and appointments.
  • Nurturing prospective seller leads through consistent follow-up communications.
  • Dedicated focus on seller-side outreach to increase the team's inventory.
  • Collaboration with the existing ISA manager to align on performance goals.
  • Daily reporting using the team's established reporting infrastructure.
  • Participation in regular team meetings to review lead quality and feedback.
  • Integration into the Weichert Realtors independent broker office workflow.
  • Scalable part-time or full-time support as the agent team continues to grow.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in real estate cold calling and outbound lead generation.
  • Exceptional English communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during assigned shifts.
  • High resilience and the ability to maintain a positive attitude under rejection.
  • Familiarity with standard real estate CRM platforms and lead management software.
  • Availability to work the 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM EST schedule required by the team.
