B2B Outbound Sales Development Representative

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a results-driven B2B Outbound Sales Development Representative to support business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. This role is key to building a strong pipeline and driving revenue through consistent outreach and relationship-building.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social channels
  • Engage prospects and present service offerings clearly and professionally
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client acquisition
  • Proven B2B background
  • Professional communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and handling objections
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
