Customer Service Representative

Overview

Become the central nervous system of our daily cleaning operations, maintaining a "speed-to-lead" mindset to convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments through rapid phone follow-ups and persistent outreach. Beyond sales, you will act as the primary dispatcher, managing the complex logistics of scheduling cleaners, resolving last-minute no-shows, and ensuring the CRM remains the "source of truth" for the business. We are looking for a reliable, coachable communicator who can work independently to maintain smooth operations while providing the business owner with critical daily updates.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour unpaid break and Friday 9am to 1pm EST 

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally to maximize speed to lead and convert inquiries into booked appointments
  • Respond to inbound messages quickly by calling prospects back and following up persistently, including double-dialing when necessary
  • Manage and update the CRM with accurate data entry for all leads, bookings, and customer interactions
  • Schedule cleaners for jobs and coordinate day-to-day logistics, including handling last-minute changes such as cleaner cancellations or no-shows
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and cleaning staff during business hours to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide end-of-day check-ins and morning updates to keep the business owner informed of all activity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or inbound/outbound call handling with a professional and personable phone manner
  • Strong sense of reliability and accountability with a track record of consistent attendance and follow-through
  • Coachable attitude with the ability to receive direct feedback and implement improvements quickly
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident, friendly, and approachable tone
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly when managing schedules and entering data
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision
