Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day flexible within 9am to 10pm Eastern
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product catalogs on Amazon Vendor Central to ensure accuracy and discoverability
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and reporting on stock status
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify trends and support data-driven decisions
- Troubleshoot catalog issues, variations, and support cases within the Amazon platform
- Assist with setting up and managing promotional campaigns to drive sales growth
- Handle purchase order management and chargeback resolution on Vendor Central
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience working within Amazon Vendor Central
- Strong understanding of catalog optimization, inventory workflows, and Amazon reporting tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues independently
- High level of attention to detail when managing product data and reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, growing agency environment
Scope:
- Dedicated full-time support for the agency's largest Vendor Central client
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to align on priorities and deliverables
- Contribute to scaling operations as the agency grows from two to five clients
- Maintain quality and consistency across all catalog and advertising activities
- Provide regular reporting and updates on account health and performance metrics
