Job Overview
Our client is a fast-growing accessories and lifestyle brand operating across DTC, wholesale, and consignment channels in Canada and the US. Currently experiencing 60% YoY growth and active international expansion, they are seeking a high-volume, detail-oriented professional to own day-to-day operational execution. This role is central to the brand's logistics and customer experience, requiring an individual who can execute independently using established SOPs and manage complex tasks across Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and QuickBooks Online.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Invoicing & Order Processing: Process single and bulk orders via Shopify, SaasAnt, and QuickBooks Online; manage dropship invoicing for key partners and track batch orders via Google Sheets.
- Customer Service: Provide professional, same-day responses to inquiries via email and Amazon; handle returns, shipping delays, and escalations while maintaining professional communication with 3PL providers.
- Amazon Logistics: Create and manage FBA replenishment shipments for Canada, US, and UK; coordinate labels and fulfillment requirements with the 3PL and monitor inventory spikes.
- Consignment Management: Maintain accurate consignment inventory and billing records in QBO and Google Sheets, proactively flagging discrepancies.
- Systems & Reporting: Generate reports for supply chain inventory planning models and manage weekly industry pricing signups in HubSpot/Shopify.
- General Operations: Support product uploads, follow and improve established SOPs, and assist with general administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day flow.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of operations or administrative experience.
- QuickBooks Online (QBO) proficiency (non-negotiable).
- Amazon Seller Central experience, specifically with FBA replenishment.
- Intermediate Google Sheets/Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs).
- High-volume invoicing experience (managing 50–90+ orders daily).
- Strong written and verbal English for both internal and consumer-facing communication.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet the 45–60 day autonomy target.
- Reliable equipment to support remote work during EST hours.
Qualifications
- Experience with SaasAnt or similar bulk import tools.
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and 3PL coordination.
- Shopify order management and CRM (HubSpot) experience.
- Background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Experience supporting cross-border Canada/US operations.
