Job Overview
Our client is looking for a self-motivated and results-driven Shopify E-commerce Assistant to lead the digital transition of an organic pain relief brand. This role is focused on moving a single-product brand from word-of-mouth success to a robust online presence, driving sales to cover operational costs, and supporting a comprehensive rebranding initiative.
Schedule

Flexible Monday - Friday, Colorado timezone (4 hours per day, 20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience
- Create and manage advertising campaigns to drive traffic and online sales
- Develop and publish product listings and promotional posts to attract potential buyers
- Follow up with customers to encourage repeat purchases and build brand loyalty
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets
- Support rebranding efforts including coordinating label, packaging, and logo design updates
- Assist with graphic design coordination for labels, boxes, and logos during the transition
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Understanding of online advertising and digital marketing fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills for customer engagement and product descriptions
- High level of attention to detail when managing product listings and store content
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to generating sales
