The studios cater to a diverse clientele, including older adults, beginners, and individuals managing injuries or mobility concerns. With growing demand driven by digital marketing and referrals, the business is expanding its team to support both sales conversion and member experience.

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and results-driven Sales Representative to manage warm lead conversion and ongoing member communications across two Pilates studios. This is a hybrid role combining outbound sales (primary focus) with light administrative and member support tasks.

The ideal candidate will be confident in outbound calling, skilled in nurturing warm leads through structured follow-ups, and comfortable supporting members through CRM-based administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to engage with clients who may be hesitant about fitness programs or managing health-related concerns.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-6pm AEST with 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (Brisbane) 

Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion (Primary Focus)

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads generated via website forms, social media, SMS, and Meta ads (approx. 40–60 leads weekly across two studios)
  • Follow structured nurture sequences including day 0, day 3, and day 7 follow-ups
  • Book prospects into free introductory Pilates classes and assist in converting them into memberships
  • Re-engage cold or inactive leads through personalized follow-ups
  • Conduct light social media engagement when lead volume is low
  • Address objections with empathy, particularly around injuries, fitness concerns, and confidence in group settings

Administrative & Member Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Use Club Ready CRM to log all interactions, update lead/member statuses, and track follow-ups
  • Respond to member inquiries via email, SMS, and social media in a professional manner
  • Process membership updates including freezes, cancellations, and account changes
  • Assist with late payment follow-ups and basic billing coordination
  • Support timetable updates and class schedule changes when required
  • Create simple social media posts highlighting member milestones and studio updates
  • Maintain accurate records of all member interactions and account changes

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, inside sales, or customer conversion roles
  • Strong experience managing warm leads and structured sales pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with a compassionate communication style
  • Experience using CRM systems for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer records
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice to have:

  • Experience in fitness, wellness, Pilates, yoga, or boutique studio environments
  • Familiarity with Club Ready CRM or similar fitness management systems
  • Experience working with older adults or health-conscious clientele
  • Background in appointment setting, class bookings, or service-based sales
  • Basic social media management experience for business pages
