Job Overview

This role focuses exclusively on outbound cold calling to staffing agencies and businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The position will start part-time with potential to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs. The successful candidate will work independently while supporting broader social media and multi-channel outreach strategies.

Schedule: Mon-Fri Business Hours, minimum 20 hours per week 
Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to staffing agencies based in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Reach out to global companies interested in expanding operations to Australia and New Zealand.
  • Schedule qualified appointments and maintain accurate records of all calling activities.
  • Build relationships with prospects through professional and consultative phone conversations.
  • Collaborate with the client on call strategies and provide feedback on prospect responses.

Must-Have Requirements

  • 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B outbound calling or sales development.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct professional cold calls in a business-to-business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility over the phone.

Nice-To-Have Requirements

  • Experience calling into staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
  • Familiarity with EOR, payroll management, or workforce management services.
