Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to support the growth of a fast-scaling property management business. This role combines lead generation, CRM management, and digital marketing execution to drive qualified prospecting efforts. Our client is a newly established property management agency based in Melbourne, Australia. The business is in its early growth stage and is focused on expanding its market presence through targeted marketing, lead generation, and CRM-driven outreach strategies. Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation research by sourcing contact information, including names, phone numbers, and email addresses, using specialized databases and cross-referencing systems
- Manage and maintain CRM data in HubSpot, ensuring accurate data entry and proper organization of contact information
- Assist with content creation tasks, including video editing, social media posts, and marketing materials, to a high-quality standard
- Create and schedule static social media posts aligned with brand standards and marketing objectives
- Send templated marketing emails to prospects once data has been verified and properly entered into the CRM system
- Optimize HubSpot workflows and identify opportunities for better use of marketing automation tools
- Support overall marketing strategy execution with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a focus on digital marketing and content creation
- Experience in the real estate industry, ideally in property management or Australian real estate clients
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation platforms
- Experience in lead generation and data research, including sourcing verified contact information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality marketing outputs
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
- Professional written communication skills for email marketing and CRM messaging
Nice-To-Have Requirements
- Experience working with Australian real estate clients, particularly Victoria-based markets
- Familiarity with Australian contact databases and research tools
- Experience with VPN tools for accessing region-specific platforms
- Basic video editing skills for social media content
- Background supporting property management or real estate agencies
