Join a premium Pilates platform as a creative Social Media Assistant dedicated to scaling an elevated wellness brand. You will drive growth by transforming raw content into high-impact strategies across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube for a proactive solo entrepreneur.

Schedule
Part Time - 20h per week, flexible within UK time zone for communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a platform-specific content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Edit raw video and photo content into high-quality, platform-optimised posts (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, YouTube videos, carousels)
• Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently across all platforms
• Repurpose content strategically across channels to maximise reach and visibility
• Collaborate closely with the founder on content ideation, trends, and campaign planning
• Maintain a strong understanding of the brand voice and ensure all content reflects it
• Monitor content performance and provide insights and recommendations for growth
• Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages (as directed)
• Stay up to date with social media trends, features, and algorithm shifts
• Support light administrative tasks such as: Email marketing (e.g. Klaviyo flows/campaigns)
• Assisting with Facebook/Instagram ads

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in social media management (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Experience working with both small and established creators/brands (preferred)
• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, IG Edits, or similar)
• Deep understanding of short-form content and platform-specific optimisation
• Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and growth strategies
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate ideas independently
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Highly organised with strong time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
