Overview

You’ll help cross the finish line on an exciting proptech platform that’s about to change the rental industry. Working closely with the CTO and senior technical team, you’ll finalize critical development tasks, ensure platform stability for the May launch, and continue building as real users come on board. This is your opportunity to make a significant technical impact on a platform that will scale rapidly.

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours per week); Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm UK Timezone (London)
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the CTO and senior technical team to complete platform development
• Finalize remaining development tasks to prepare for May pilot launch
• Ensure platform stability and performance as the company approaches go-live
• Provide ongoing development support as the platform scales post-launch
• Contribute to technical decision-making with guidance from senior team members
• Build and maintain features that support the tenant-landlord completion flow
• Help optimize platform performance for growing user base

Requirements:

• Mid-level full stack development experience (3-5 years)
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving capabilities
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant platform development experience (APPLICATIONS WTIH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior team
• Experience with platform stability and performance considerations
• Bonus if you have proptech or marketplace platform experience
• It helps if you’re comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
