Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4 hours a day flexible within 7am to 2pm Central

Scope

• Work from provided lead lists with occasional research into additional contact sources
• Focus on outreach to contractors, property contacts, and other relevant prospects
• Performance-based bonuses to be provided on top of base salary

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects during morning hours (8 AM–3 PM) to maximize reach and engagement
• Set qualified appointments and generate leads from provided contact lists and sources
• Research and identify additional prospects within designated sources as needed
• Track and document all call outcomes, follow-ups, and appointment details accurately
• Build rapport with prospects to maintain a professional and trustworthy image of the business
• Provide regular updates and reports on call activity and results to the business owner

Requirements

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural, conversational phone presence
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Resilient and self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection professionally
• Reliable and punctual, able to consistently work within the designated schedule
