Outbound Sales Development Representative

Overview

Join our team as a dynamic Outbound Sales Development Representative focused on driving B2B growth through strategic cold calling and tailored service offerings. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact revenue by securing bookings for high-end event services while working in a focused, part-time capacity.

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients using a provided prospect list and generate new leads as the list is exhausted
  • Tailor the sales pitch based on the type of business being contacted, aligning the appropriate service offering (photo booth, 360 booth, or headshot booth) to the prospect's needs
  • Send professional follow-up emails from the company email account to prospects who express interest or request additional information
  • Log all call activity, prospect details, and booking information into the company CRM in real time
  • Schedule and confirm event bookings with interested clients, ensuring all necessary details are captured accurately
  • Provide regular activity reports summarizing calls made, leads generated, and bookings secured

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive phone manner
  • Ability to adapt messaging and approach based on different industries and prospect types
  • Excellent written communication skills for composing branded follow-up emails
  • High level of attention to detail when recording prospect information and booking details
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Scope:

  • Part-time role: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday (20 hours per week)
  • Work aligned to the client's U.S. time zone during peak business calling hours
  • Utilize Google Voice or a similar soft phone system to make outbound calls into the U.S.
  • Maintain and update the company CRM with all prospect interactions and booking data
  • Collaborate with the business owner via messaging platforms for real-time questions and updates
  • Continuously build and expand the prospect list through independent lead research
