Job Description: You’ll be the voice and face of a cutting-edge sports technology company, wearing multiple hats as both customer champion and growth driver. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape customer experience from the ground up while directly contributing to business expansion. You’ll work closely with the founder, taking ownership of customer relationships from first contact through ongoing support, all while helping scale a business that’s making recreational activities more accessible to communities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone support to customers experiencing technical issues with rental kiosks, using the company’s administrative portal to quickly resolve problems
  • Manage ongoing email communications with existing clients and prospects using company domain
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Create compelling sales materials and presentations for customer outreach
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support rapid business growth
  • Navigate proprietary software systems to access rental information and assist customers
  • Maintain professional communication standards across all customer touchpoints
  • Support evening peak usage hours when customer activity is highest

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills for phone and email interactions
  • Experience with customer service and phone support
  • Comfort with cold calling and sales activities - you’re not afraid of rejection and can handle objections professionally
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and professional work environment for remote work
  • Bonus if you have Spanish language skills to serve diverse Texas communities
  • It helps if you have experience with CRM systems or administrative portals
