Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Assistant to manage multiple client social media accounts and content distribution. This role will handle day-to-day social media operations, including posting, engagement, and community management across major platforms. The position offers 20 hours per week with potential to expand as the business grows.

Client Overview

Our client operates a growing PR and communications firm serving multiple clients across various industries. The firm is expanding rapidly with increasing contracts that include social media management components.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 02:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily posting schedules across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn for multiple clients.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Curate and organize content provided by clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
  • Build and grow a follower base through strategic engagement and community management.
  • Coordinate with clients to ensure content aligns with their brand voice and objectives.
  • Assist with basic content creation, including minor graphic design or video editing as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and community engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and posting schedules.
  • Experience working with PR or communications firms (Preferred).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing capabilities (Preferred).
  • Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms (Preferred).
  • Background supporting international clients in a virtual assistant capacity (Preferred).
