Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative for a residential real estate brokerage, responsible for re-engaging and nurturing warm leads, scheduling agent consultations, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects through a CRM system.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours/week) - Mon-Fri 9am - 1pm EST
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads in nurture status or cold leads
- Re-engage prospects who showed interest but are not ready to proceed
- Confirm and verify scheduled home viewing appointments
- Communicate regularly with warm leads via phone calls
- Schedule meetings or calls with real estate agents
- Track and update all lead activity and follow-ups in the system
System & CRM Requirements:
Our team uses a structured sales system, so candidates must be familiar with tools such as Follow Up Boss (FUB), CRM dialers, and real estate lead platforms (e.g., Zillow leads, website inquiries, and similar sources).
Candidates with experience using Follow Up Boss or similar real estate CRMs are strongly preferred, as this will significantly reduce onboarding time and improve performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and appointment setting
- Strong phone communication skills
- Experience in real estate lead follow-up is preferred
- Ability to engage and re-engage leads effectively
- Strong persistence and follow-through
- Professional and confident phone manner
Scope:
- Handle residential real estate leads only
- Work with inbound and warm leads
- Focus on lead nurture and re-engagement
- Coordinate appointments with real estate agents
- Manage full follow-up cycle until conversion or closure
