Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Operations & Lead Management Assistant to streamline their sales funnel and broker outreach. This role is essential for maintaining the daily operational flow, ensuring that every lead is accurately tracked, recycled, or routed within their AI dialer system. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can manage repetitive workflows with high precision and conduct professional LinkedIn outreach to expand the company’s network of electricity contract brokers.

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Central (25 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Dialer Management: Upload and manage leads within the AI dialer system on a daily or every-other-day basis.
- Lead Tracking: Tag and categorize call outcomes (e.g., missed calls, voicemails, completed calls) to ensure accurate lead tracking.
- Lead Recycling: Recycle unanswered or missed leads back into the dialer queue for follow-up the next day.
- Lead Routing: Route qualified, appointment-ready leads into the designated lead form for the prospect to manage.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Conduct light LinkedIn outreach to identify and message new electricity contract brokers with company information and website links.
- Operations Monitoring: Monitor the overall daily operational flow to ensure the sales process runs smoothly and consistently.
Requirements
- Prior experience in lead management, CRM administration, or virtual assistant operations support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage repetitive workflows independently.
- High level of attention to detail when tagging, categorizing, and routing leads.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional outreach and prospecting.
- Strong written communication skills for broker outreach messaging.
- Ability to work within the client's U.S. time zone on a part-time schedule.
Scope
- Potential to scale to full-time if additional verticals (e.g., commercial insurance) are added.
- Operate within a streamlined, repeatable process with 3–5 core daily tasks.
- Work directly with the business owner with minimal supervision after initial training.
- Maintain process documentation so the role can be easily transitioned or backfilled if needed.
