Job Overview
Our client is looking for an E-Commerce Manager (Shopify & WooCommerce) to manage and optimize their B2C and B2B online stores, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns. The role focuses on maintaining seamless website functionality, driving sales through online promotions, and analyzing performance metrics to improve marketing strategies.
Client Overview
The client operates both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) eCommerce channels using Shopify and WooCommerce platforms. They are looking to enhance customer experience, marketing effectiveness, and online sales performance across all digital touchpoints.

Monday - Friday, 4 hours a day Sydney Time (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- E-Commerce & Website Management: Manage and update product information, categories, and site content for Shopify (B2C) and WooCommerce (B2B) stores. Maintain themes and oversee the WooCommerce wholesale portal, including pricing tiers and bulk order functionality.
- Marketing & Campaign Management: Create discount vouchers, manage affiliate activities, and plan EDM campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences. Optimize apps, plugins, sales funnels, and automated email workflows.
- Social Media Management: Develop social media strategies, schedule content on Facebook and Instagram, and coordinate promotions aligned with product launches while monitoring engagement.
- Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to improve conversions and ROI.
- Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Generate monthly reports covering sales, traffic, and ad ROI. Use data insights to recommend improvements to marketing strategies and website effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience managing Shopify and/or WooCommerce stores (2+ years preferred).
- Digital Marketing: Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup and optimization.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of EDM platforms, automated email workflows, and social media content scheduling.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to optimize the customer journey and sales funnels.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate marketing programs.
- Familiarity with SEO and CRO (conversion rate optimization).
- Experience managing wholesale/B2B eCommerce functionality (customer tiers, bulk pricing, restricted access).
- Basic design or content editing skills for website and social media marketing assets.
