Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly driven B2B Sales Executive to support outbound sales efforts focused on the child care industry. This role is ideal for a strong sales professional with proven B2B outbound calling experience, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to both set appointments and close deals when opportunities arise.
The ideal candidate is confident in high-volume outbound calling, skilled at identifying decision-makers, and comfortable managing the full sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion. Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM is highly preferred.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Client Timezone: East Coast, United States (EST)
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to child care agencies using provided prospect lists
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers within child care facilities
- Perform lead qualification and initial discovery to assess business needs and fit
- Schedule qualified appointments that meet established criteria
- Close deals when opportunities arise and accurately process sales through the required system
- Generate additional leads through online research when provided lists are exhausted
- Maintain accurate and organized prospect and client records in GoHighLevel CRM
- Follow up with leads and prospects to confirm appointments and keep pipeline momentum strong
- Track daily call activities, outreach metrics, appointments set, and sales pipeline progress
- Participate in regular performance check-ins, coaching sessions, and sales training
- Consistently work toward appointment and sales targets
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience
- Previous outbound calling / cold calling experience in a high-volume environment
- Closing experience is highly preferred
- Experience working with GoHighLevel CRM or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
